This is a parking lot map of the available parking space at University of Victoria. Parking is free in any parking lot after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and is free all day on Saturday and Sunday (except designated 24 hour reserved spaces).

All-day parking costs $5.00 which you can purchase at any numbered lot or at the Campus Security Office (indicated by yellow arrow on parking lot map). The machines accept Visa or MasterCard payment or coins (you can use $1 and $2 coins). Parking Lots 4 and 6 are the best locations to leave the car since they are closest to the conference buildings. Consult the University parking regulations for additional information.

All conference rooms will be equipped with video data projectors (VDP) and laptop computers, and overhead projectors. Presenters using a VDP should bring their presentations on a CD or memory stick for transfer to the laptop in the session room. Please see the student volunteer in your session room before the session begins to make the transfer. Presentations should be in PDF or PowerPoint formats only.

Each speaker has 15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for questions and time to allow next speaker to prepare.

Lunches and breaks are included in the Conference Registration. They will be in the Foyer of the Human and Social Development Building.

The Opening Reception and Banquet will be at the University Club.
